Yield : 35 hectoliters per hectare
Annual production : 1 200 bottles
Maturing : 12 months in oak barrels
Wine tasting : 
In the visual : pale yellow, silver tinges, brightness
On the nose : delicate woody and floral notes, accompanied by a touch of white fruits (peach, pear)
In the palate : good balace in the mouth, rich dense body, with notes of vanilla aroma. It is mainly on the palate that one also discovers its fragrances white and mineral aromas.
Food pairing : pair well with pike pearch fillet , or seafood.
